Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in Des Plaines, IL. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist in patient selection, and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT while following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
