Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Wayne, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in NJ.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
