Pine View Nursing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Georgia. The candidate must graduate from an accredited PTA program, have taken the NPTE or be eligible, and hold a Georgia state license or be eligible to apply.

You will assess residents' physical therapy needs and coordinate services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Daily duties include meeting residents per the treatment plan, documenting progress, and staying current with

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program is required.
• Must have taken NPTE or be eligible to take it.
• State license to practice as a PTA or eligibility to apply for one.
• Experience evaluating residents' physical therapy needs and documenting progress is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses residents' physical therapy needs and matches them with available services.
• Meets with residents regularly according to the treatment program schedule and evaluates progress under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars to maintain and update licensure and skills.
