• Supports activities as introduced by Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Provides superior customer service through courtesy and follow-up.
• Collaborates with supervising Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Director to manage patient care.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge through seminars and journals.
• Promotes image and reputation of the System through servant leadership.
• Performs other duties as directed to support Rehabilitation Services.
