Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Harrison, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to optimize progress.

The role requires an active PTA license and an Associate Degree, with CPR certification preferred. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; PTA licensure required.
• Active CPR certification preferred.
• Experience not required or 0–1 years as stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Observes patient responses to therapy, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation related to patients' responses to therapy and progress.
• Provides instructions to patients and families on exercises and safety.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
