Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting responses, reporting to the supervising PT, and collaborating with a diverse care team. Travel is typically less than 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have current state PTA licensure.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Travel required, typically less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, reports to PT.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
• Instructs patients and families on exercises and safety.
• Supports therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
