Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and Rehabilitation meetings as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Recommend and facilitate ordering of necessary durable medical equipment to assist independence.
