Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Hanover, Indiana seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an interdisciplinary team. The PTA will implement therapy plans, educate patients and families, and support ongoing patient progress under a Physical Therapist's direction.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree and PTA licensure; 0–1 years experience preferred. Travel as needed and benefits include weekly pay, health insurance, and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA and current PTA licensure or certification.
• 0–1 years of experience in physical therapy
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Must travel as required (typically less than 10%)

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to supervising PT.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient progress and responses.
• Provides instruction to patients and families on exercises and safety.
• Supports Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
