Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is actively recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant to support in-facility therapy services across our organization. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients restore function with compassionate care.

As part of a nationwide team, you’ll collaborate with rehab directors and other clinicians, delivering patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and home settings, with growth opportunities and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments designed to restore function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team for patient-centered care.
• Adapt plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Support patient families to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a compassionate atmosphere focused on quality.

Education
