Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an in-facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab. The position includes a USD 5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to deliver comprehensive rehab services across various care settings.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure in the state, with a passion for patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Help restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care in various settings.
