You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and maintain accurate documentation while communicating with patients, families, and medical staff. The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PTA/PT program graduate, a current state license with CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stay active through shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology promptly.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
