Management Performance Associates in California seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help ensure compassionate patient care.

This role emphasizes documentation, teamwork, and adherence to state practice acts and safety standards. A CAPTE-accredited PTA program graduate with a current state license and CPR certification is required.

Competenze

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.

Mansioni

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
