Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our expanding team at Hillspring in Springboro, OH. This PRN daytime role supports a therapist-led environment and emphasizes patient-centered care.

You will work under supervision of a Physical Therapist, implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA required.
• Current PTA license in state.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under a supervising PT.
• Documents patient progress and status changes.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
