Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led network at Hillspring, Springboro OH. This PRN daytime position supports treatment under a supervising PT and contributes to high-quality patient care.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active state license, and prefer 1 year of prior PTA experience. You will educate patients and document progress to inform care plans.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
