Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a therapist-led approach across a growing national footprint. The TA will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use under a supervising PT.

Candidates should have an associate degree and an active PTA license; 1 year of prior PTA experience is preferred. This PRN daytime role is based at Pine Grove Healthcare Center in Geneva, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
