Ivy Hill Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation in Wyndmoor, PA, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with patients to deliver high-quality PT services and help implement individualized plans of care.

You will supervise therapy assistants and students, coordinate treatment goals with an interdisciplinary team, document clinical progress, and participate in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with a valid state license or eligibility.
• Ability to supervise therapy assistants and students per state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise therapists assistants and therapy students in direct patient care per plan of care.
• Develop effective treatment plans focused on functional, goal-based outcomes.
• Record clinical documentation and daily treatment charges.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and family members.
• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
