Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA License is required.
• Experience in Long-term-care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating Residents and developing a treatment plan.
• Assist in activities helping Residents carry out daily tasks independently.
• Monitor Residents as they perform tasks.
• Assist in rehabilitating Residents post-injury or illness.
• Maintain Resident confidentiality and support team collaboration.
