Job summary

Iva Post Acute, a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab community in Iva, SC, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Therapy Team. You will assist with treatment plans and provide care to both inpatient and outpatient clients, helping residents regain mobility and independence in a warm, family-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care.
• Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to support rehab goals.
