Job summary

Iva Post Acute in Iva, SC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our warm therapy team. You will assist with treatment plans and patient care to help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence in inpatient and outpatient settings.

We offer $30-35/hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, full-time benefits, flexible scheduling, CEU allowance, and licensure reimbursement. Join our family-friendly facility and grow with our South Carolina sister facilities.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care.
• Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Encourage and motivate residents through their rehab journey.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team.
• Celebrate resident progress daily.
