Job summary

Iva Post Acute in Iva, SC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our warm, family‑like therapy team. You will support rehab plans, assist therapists, and help residents regain mobility and independence in a small 60‑bed skilled nursing setting.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30‑$35, flexible scheduling, PRN growth opportunities across SC facilities, and licensure/CEU support within a collaborative, compassionate workplace.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Heart for serving others and helping residents thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care.
• Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Encourage and motivate residents through their rehab journey.
• Work alongside an awesome interdisciplinary team.
• Celebrate resident progress and victories every day.
