Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide a high-quality rehab experience for patients and their families.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support.
