Job summary

LTC Therapy Services at Quincy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in Quincy, MA. You will work with a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment in a collaborative rehab environment.

Be part of a supportive team focused on improving residents' mobility and independence. Active MA PTA license required; new grads welcome to apply. This is a direct-hire, no agency position.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatments under a licensed PT.
• Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, gait and endurance.
• Support residents in reaching functional goals and independence.
• Document progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing and other care team members.
