Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a proud affiliate of Highbar Physical Therapy, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a clinician-led outpatient practice across New England. You’ll work 1:1 with patients, manage a smaller-than-average caseload, and collaborate with Physical Therapists to plan treatment while maintaining autonomy.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with PTs to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain autonomy while managing daily patient flow and documentation.
• Utilize AI-supported documentation to streamline records.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities.
• Contribute to a supportive, low-burnout clinical environment.
