Highbar Physical Therapy is a premier PT-led outpatient practice across New England. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the movement, delivering high-quality care with autonomy and collaboration in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in a low-volume environment (≤13 patients/day).
• Collaborate with physical therapists on treatment plans.
• Contribute to documentation using AI-supported tools and EMR prompts.
