Job summary

Fiberhire is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Swansea, MA for a full-time role. You will work with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver rehabilitation services aimed at improving mobility, strength, and independence.

Eligible candidates hold an MA PTA license, relevant program graduation, and CPR/BLS certification. Prior rehab or skilled nursing experience is preferred; in-person, patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PTA license current and valid.
• CPR/BLS certification current or required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-led therapy under licensed PT supervision.
• Implement individualized plans to improve mobility and function.
• Assist with transfers, gait training, and exercises.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the PT team.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
