As a Full Physical Therapist Assistant in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will assess and treat geriatric patients, develop individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore function.

Qualifications

Active Connecticut State PTA license or eligibility.
Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopaedic surgeries, neurological events, and general deconditioning.
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Support patients to return to their highest level of independence.
