TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing team in the Tri-State area. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgery and neurological events, developing personalized plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Connecticut State PTA license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Support patients in returning to their highest level of independence.
