Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our SNF sites in Florida. This full-time role provides skilled PTA services to residents within dedicated therapy gyms, under supervision, to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Licensed Florida PTA required (or license-eligible); SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Benefits include modern facilities and supportive leadership focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
