Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at multiple SNFs in the Tampa area. This full-time role offers an hourly pay rate and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll provide skilled PTA services to residents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients regain function and independence.

Required is a Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
