Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for full-time work inside a SNF setting in Florida. The role supports residents’ functional recovery and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to restore safety and independence.

Eligible candidates hold a Florida PTA license (or licensure-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, modern rehab gyms, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida PTA license or be eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Experience in SNF or post-acute care preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health software preferred.

Responsibilities
