FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Fort Myers, FL clinic. This full-time position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $26–$35/hour based on experience. You’ll work in a collaborative outpatient setting with modern equipment and AI-assisted documentation to support your practice.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, balance activities, gait training and functional mobility.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and communicate with the clinical team.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted technology.
• Help create a positive experience for every patient.
