ASPIRE HOME HEALTHCARE OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA INC in Yuba City, CA is hiring a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver home health therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role focuses on mobility and function, with one-on-one patient care in the home setting and adherence to the Plan of Care.

The PTA must be licensed in CA, have CPR and up-to-date TB testing, and ideally 1 year of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in CA is required.
• At least 1 year of PT/PTA experience preferred.
• CPR certification and TB test current.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the Plan of Care as established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Prepare accurate daily progress notes for treatments (to be reviewed and signed by the PT).
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Submit all visit records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend in-service and on-the-job training sessions as required.
• Follow Aspire Home Healthcare’s established policies and procedures.

• Ability to attend a 1-day orientation at our Yuba City office
