Back in Motion, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Bangor, Maine.

You will work in a patient-first, relationship-driven environment with AGILE EMR, mentorship, and a clear leadership pathway; we emphasize compassionate care, collaborative culture, and professional growth. Formación

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
