Back in Motion, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Bangor, Maine. You will deliver evidence-based care, build strong patient relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources. Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
