Back In Motion Physical Therapy in Saco, ME is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. We emphasize patient-first care, mentorship, and career growth, with a schedule that supports work‑life balance and meaningful patient relationships.

You’ll work with a supportive group using AgileRPM and evidence-based plans, receive structured mentorship through our CORE pathway, and access a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
