Richcroft, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Harford County/Greenspring to provide hands-on assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, including help with personal care, activities, outings, and daily living tasks.

The weekend shift is Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 9pm, with responsibilities such as community participation, documentation, medication administration when required, and supporting meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Current driver’s license with <3 points.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assist with development of meaningful relationships.
• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills).
• Administer and record medications pursuant to state and agency requirements, when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

We are seeking a Part-TimeWeekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is:

Saturday & Sunday 9am- 9pm

(Working with Men)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships

• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills etc.
• Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, when applicable

• Other duties as assigned
