Qualificações

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

The Fee-For-Service Clinician provides culturally responsive behavioral health services in both the Emergency Assistance Shelter System and a Community Mental Health Center serving the Springfield/Holyoke areas. This role involves delivering outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. The Clinician will conduct assessments, provide evidence-based counseling, collaborate with community resources, and contribute to the development of group programming based on identified community needs.

Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs 2p-6p (12 hours)

Pay Range: $38-$40/ hour

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide crisis consultation as needed
• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools to inform clinical work and interventions
• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach
• Complete all clinical documentation and billing records accurately and in a timely manner to meet agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with shelter and community-based teams to develop and implement behavior support and risk management plans
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including state agencies, shelters, and community providers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, licensing reviews, and accreditation processes
• Engage in ongoing professional development through trainings, conferences, and clinical consultation
• Assist in the development and facilitation of group services aligned with the agency's mission and the needs of the individuals served
• Maintain clear, respectful, and culturally responsive communication with individuals, families, and collaborating agencies
• Promote and integrate the agency's core values and mission in daily clinical practice
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required
• Independent licensure or license eligibility preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Prior experience working in community mental health and/or shelter systems strongly preferred
