Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy in Apopka, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist who will begin as a full-time treating PT and progress to Clinic Director after 4–6 months. You will deliver 30-minute visits (45 minutes for evals) with no double-booking and a leadership track that supports growth in administrative duties.

The role offers $80,000–$90,000 base pay plus a sign-on bonus and a schedule that supports clinical leadership while continuing patient care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Degree
• FL PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Desire to be part of a team that values communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead the Apopka clinic and continue treating patients with a focus on quality care
• Build strong patient relationships and manage a caseload with leadership duties
• Develop and implement administrative responsibilities and contribute to clinic strategy
• Mentor and develop team members; participate in leadership training and progression to Clinic Director
