PT Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead rehabilitation programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover and improve function.

This is a denovo clinic opening in January 2027 with strong community ties. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient while guiding functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and appropriate billing.
• Foster positive connections with patients, clinicians, and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships within the community.
