Tallahassee Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist. You will work in a supportive, autonomy-driven environment that focuses on evidence-based care.

With a salary range of $85,000-$110,000 and up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses, the role comes with generous benefits including mentorship, comprehensive insurances, and significant student loan repayment opportunities.

Qualificações

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT license or eligibility.
• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Review patients' medical history.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care, spending an average of 40 minutes per patient.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercise, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
