Job summary

Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a PT Therapy Team Leader to balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and supervise therapists and technicians in a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, staff development, and coordination of therapy services to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Leadership experience is preferred and a state PT/OT/SLP license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
