Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director in Greer, SC, to oversee the physical therapy center’s clinical operations and patient care quality. You will ensure superior patient experiences, lead therapy staff, and drive center performance metrics.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, leadership, and collaboration with clinicians, care coordinators, and management to deliver optimal outcomes and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited college.
• Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
• Minimum two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Demonstrated core competencies in service mentality, attention to detail, urgency, initiative and flexibility.
• Strong decision making, problem solving, and professional judgment.
• Exceptional customer service and professional conduct; HIPAA/PHI awareness.

Responsabilités

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care and leads by example.
• Manages clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Demonstrates core PT practices and drives high-quality visits.
• Optimizes referrals, scheduling and patient capture workflows.
• Executes therapy plans with emphasis on early intervention and same-day evaluation.
• Fosters teamwork, professional collaboration, and patient safety.
• Drives employer, referral and payer relationships through engagement.
• Ensures accurate documentation, coding, charge capture, and follow-through.
