Job summary

DuTrac Community Credit Union in Decorah, IA is seeking an entry-level Teller for a part-time role. You will help members with transactions and product questions while providing friendly, accurate service.

The schedule is 32 hours per week—Mon-Thu 8:30am-3:00pm, Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Sat 9:00am-12:00pm—with eligibility for employee benefits and opportunities for growth in a community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; no prior experience required.
• Customer service oriented.
• Cash handling or transaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing transactions while providing a positive member interaction while adhering to established guidelines
• Assist members in determining what their financial needs are and making appropriate recommendations for products and services that provide the most benefit to them
• Will be responsible for accurate teller balancing of all currency

This position will be scheduled for 32 hours per week Monday-Thursday 8:30am -3:00pm, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-12Noon. All tellers are required to work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.
