In this role, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for our members. You’ll handle transactions accurately, uncover member needs, and connect people with solutions that support their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Build relationships through conversation, active listening, and personalized service
  • Process cash, check, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cash controls, balance work accurately, and follow operational procedures
  • Identify member needs and recommend helpful products and services
  • Support branch referral goals through natural, solution‑focused conversations
  • Make follow‑up calls to strengthen member relationships and provide support
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support branch operations
Requirements
  • Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

This is a full‑time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional extended hours or weekends based on business needs.
