Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a branch Teller to deliver best-in-class customer experience while processing transactions and servicing customers. You will support branch sales goals and help clients with a range of banking needs.

Responsibilities include performing basic cash transactions, balancing cash daily, identifying referral opportunities, and adhering to BSA/AML policies and other regulations. Strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills are essential.

• Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels
• Other duties as assigned

Organizational Relationship

This position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience required

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound business judgment
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
• Flexible, able to adapt to change
• Shifts may vary for each position offering, depending on business need
