Atlantic Union Bank seeks a customer-focused associate to provide best-in-class service while handling transactions and supporting branch goals. You will balance cash, identify referral opportunities, and stay compliant with BSA/AML policies.
Strong communication, computer literacy, and adaptability to digital channels are essential. Prior experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred and shifts may vary by branch need.
This position is responsible for providing a best in class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals.
This position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.
