Job summary

Trax Credit Union is seeking a friendly, people-first Teller to serve members in our Florida branch. You will handle cash and routine transactions while listening to member needs and offering solutions that support financial well-being.

As part of our team, you’ll welcome members, build relationships, and contribute to a positive member experience. This is a part-time position with typical hours Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and possible weekend shifts, promoting teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Strong communication and people skills
• High school diploma or equivalent requirements

• Build relationships through conversation, active listening, and personalized service
• Process cash, check, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cash controls, balance work accurately, and follow operational procedures
• Identify member needs and recommend helpful products and services
• Support branch referral goals through natural, solution-focused conversations
• Make follow-up calls to strengthen member relationships and provide support
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to support branch operations

In this role, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for our members. You’ll handle transactions accurately, uncover member needs, and connect people with solutions that support their financial well-being.
