Job summary

Converse West Palm Beach is looking for a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and guest experiences. Youll work about 25 hours weekly, including nights, weekends and holidays, and set the example in service while driving sales.

Youll supervise associates, assist with opening/closing tasks, cash handling, visual displays, and staff training. Nike perks include employee discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
