Job summary

Converse, Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Retail Supervisor to energize the store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operations run smoothly from opening to close, including handling sales and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50 to $26.65. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
