Job summary

Converse, Inc. in West Palm Beach is seeking a retail supervisor to lead store operations, mentor associates, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding the Converse brand.

This part-time role requires 18+ and retail experience, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll engage customers, manage the register, stock displays, and help create a welcoming, energetic shopping environment.

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
